I've only been at Arterra for 4 months now, but my time here has already been great! Brooke, Tatyanna, and the Maintenance crew have all been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Not to mention, Arterra's location and views are probably the best in downtown KC.

I will forever rave about ArterraKC Apartments. You won't find another gem like this in the Crossroads. We adore our modern yet comfortable two-bedroom, and we'll never tired of sitting on our balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views. Living here doesn't always feel like apartment living because the space is so ideal for us, and the location perfectly suits our lifestyle. It's a breeze to pop out the door for coffee or dinner and drinks from the best local spots.

I've re-signed a lease here multiple times so I obviously enjoy living here. My neighbors are friendly and no one gives me too much trouble about my talkative German Shepherd. Brooke and Tatyana do a great job managing day to day needs for residents + any extra requests we come up with and building relationships with us in a way that feels human, collaborative, and transparent.
